Directors:

Within Automation-X Corporation we only pursue the very best directors. Our Board is a healthy mix of skills and expertise, with diverse backgrounds, talents and perspectives all working together. Their goal is to satisfy Automation-X's need for corporate governance that satisfies the legal, fiduciary and ethical requirements necessary to gain the trust of all who deal with our organization.

 

The Automation-X Board adheres to governing principles designed to assure the continued success of not only the company, but to also meet also our obligations to all entities associated with our enterprise. Our Board has in place a set of governance guidelines, reflecting those principles that cover areas such as: financial soundness and strength, Executive team oversight and support, continuous market growth and alignment and reviews of all operational processes.

 

The Board has the direct responsibility to review and approve the corporate goals and objectives relevant to the company.

 

Executives:

One of the key components to success at Automation-X comes from our people. Our company is inundated with highly motivated employees at all levels within our organization. Leading this culture is the Executive team. Our executive team operates as tightly knit, highly interactive component of our company. They work closely as an integral part not disconnected from the rest our company, suppliers and customers. The Executives at Automation-X only operate with the highest levels of morale and discipline - thereby setting the example. They are trusted veterans of business and have been selected for their roles because they not only have a track record of success, but in addition, they understand the ethical obligations associated with their positions.

 

The Automation-X executives guide how our organization operates. They develop corporate structures and policies, direct and coordinate employee activities, find and develop alliances with suitable business partners, grow our organization, and make systematic changes, as needed, to keep the business profitable. Our executive managers are expected to see and understand the big picture. The health of a company rests firmly on their shoulders.
