Returns

Return Policy

Automation-X is committed to our customer’s satisfaction.  If you have a problem with your order please contact your sales representative for an RMA.  The following conditions apply to customer returns:

·                 Items must be unused and in new condition.

·                 Order may not be returnable after 60 days from the time they ship from Automation-X.

·                 Special order items may not be returnable or may include a restock fee.

·                 Shipping is not refundable.

·                 Customers are responsible for shipping back to Automation-X.

·                 Automation-X reserves the right to refuse returns for any reason.

 

Return Process

Contact your sales representative about your return.  Here is the information you will need to provide us in order to process your return:

·                 Sales order or invoice number.

·                 Reason for the return.

·                 Within two business days you will be contacted by our returns department and issued an RMA number along with instructions on where to mail the product and any relevant manufacture warranty information.   Note: Any return without a RMA number on the box will be rejected by our warehouse.

·                 Once we have received your return we will issue a credit within 3 business days.  Note:  In some situations we may not be able to issue a credit until the manufacturer has verified the defective product was warrantable.

 

Replacement Product

We offer two options for replacement orders.  Please choose the one that best fits your situation.

·         We will ship replacement product before receiving your return; however we are then required to bill you for the new items.  Once the product is received we will apply the credit in accordance with the preference listed on the RMA.

·         We will wait to ship your replacement items until we have received your return.  In this case you will have a credit on your account prior to the replacement items shipping.  Note:  the credit will be applied in accordance with the preference you choose on the RMA.
