Automation-X was founded in February of 2003 and is incorporated in the State of
Wyoming, USA. Although privately-held, we are governed by a diverse
Board of Directors that brings together a variety of skills, expertise, and
talent to the company.
The Automation-X Board adheres to governing principles designed to assure the
continued success of not only the company, but to also meet also our obligations
to all entities associated with our enterprise. Our Board has in place a set of
